UnityPoint Health (UPH), an integrated health system supporting 8 million annual visits, engaged Incisive to design a sustainable provider education model a decade after their initial Epic go-live. The goal was to move beyond one-time training to create a data-driven culture of continuous provider efficiency, performance, and satisfaction.

Analyzed Signal data and conducted specialty-specific provider shadowing to identify usage patterns, real-world workflow challenges, and improvement opportunities.  

Designed a flexible curriculum featuring both live and asynchronous learning, allowing providers to select the content most meaningful to their practice. 

Equipped UPH leadership with change management tools to communicate goals and reinforce the program as a strategic organizational priority.
