Incisive Consultants is a Health IT firm dedicated to using technology to improve healthcare. Since launching in 2018, we’ve helped healthcare organizations get more from their Epic Systems investment and navigate digital transformation with confidence.

Incisive was built on a simple belief: the best outcomes come from experienced people who foster relationships, earn trust, and stay committed for the long haul. That people-first culture shapes how we work with every client and how we support every consultant.

Incisive is former-Epic based with former-Epic expertise across each layer of the firm, including consulting and operations. Artificial Intelligence is enhancing employee's work, and Incisive's AI vision is to use AI to transform how work is done, freeing our people to focus on what matters most: showing up, earning trust, and building lasting relationships.

Incisive Consultants was founded by Chris Blackerby (CEO), John Freeman (Managing Director), and Kyle Adams (Senior Advisor), each healthcare technology leaders who set out to leverage innovation and emerging technology to serve healthcare organizations globally, with Epic consulting services spanning Community Connect, Revenue Cycle Optimization, Operational Transformation, Data Conversion, and Staff Augmentation - all grounded in deep, high quality Epic expertise.
