Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy

Effective date and last updated: July 14, 2026

Incisive Consultants, LLC ("Incisive," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information through www.incisive-consultants.com, our online forms and newsletter, and related communications.

Do not submit patient information, protected health information, or other sensitive personal information through our general website forms or email unless we specifically instruct you to use an approved secure channel.

Notice at Collection

We may collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Identifiers and contact information, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, and job title.
  • Professional and business information, such as your employer, project or staffing needs, preferred method of contact, and the content of messages you send us.
  • Newsletter information, such as your email address and subscription preferences.
  • Technical and website information, such as IP address, browser and device data, pages viewed, timestamps, referring page, security logs, and cookie or consent preferences, as needed to operate and secure the site.
  • Applicant information, such as a resume, employment history, education, and other information you provide through our external recruiting platform.

We use this information to respond to inquiries; connect you with the appropriate subject matter expert; provide requested information or services; manage business relationships and communications; send newsletters you request; recruit and evaluate applicants; operate, maintain, and secure our website; prevent fraud or misuse; comply with law; and maintain appropriate business records.

Incisive does not knowingly sell personal information collected through this website and does not currently share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention

We retain personal information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and for legal, security, and recordkeeping obligations. Inquiry and business communications are retained for the duration of the inquiry or business relationship and an appropriate recordkeeping period. Newsletter information is retained until you unsubscribe, subject to a minimal suppression record. Applicant information is retained for recruiting and applicable legal or compliance periods. Technical and security information is generally retained for a limited period based on operational and provider requirements. When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of it unless a longer period is required by law.

Sources of Personal Information

We collect information directly from you when you submit a form, subscribe, communicate with us, or apply for a role. We may also receive information automatically from your browser or device and from service providers that support our website, communications, recruiting, security, and business operations.

How We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information to service providers that host or support our website, forms, email, information technology, communications, recruiting, security, or business operations; to professional advisers; when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or security; or in connection with a merger, sale, financing, reorganization, or other business transaction. These parties may use information only for permitted purposes and subject to applicable contractual or legal obligations.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website uses essential cookies and similar technologies needed for site functionality, security, and remembering your privacy choices. Non-essential analytics and advertising technologies remain disabled unless you allow them through the cookie banner. HubSpot contact forms and Google reCAPTCHA load only after you allow Advertising cookies. If you decline, the forms do not load and you may contact us by email instead. You can use the cookie banner to Accept all, Decline all, or Manage cookies, and you may reopen Cookie Preferences to change your selection.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers offer legacy "Do Not Track" settings. There is no uniform industry standard for responding to those signals, and this website does not currently respond to them separately. Because Incisive does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising through this website, there is no current sale or sharing to opt out of. You may still use Cookie Preferences to manage available choices.

California Privacy Rights

If the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies to Incisive's processing of your personal information, California residents may have rights to request access to and details about personal information, deletion, correction, portability, and information about categories of sources, purposes, and recipients; to opt out of sale or sharing; to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and to receive equal service and pricing without retaliation for exercising privacy rights.

To submit a request, contact us at info@incisive-consultants.com or 800.973.1743. We may verify your identity by matching information you provide with information in our records and may request additional information only as reasonably necessary. An authorized agent may submit a request with proof of authority, and we may also ask the consumer to verify identity or confirm permission where allowed by law.

Children's Privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system or transmission method is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Services

Our website may link to third-party services, including LinkedIn and our external recruiting platform. When you affirmatively allow Advertising cookies and load an embedded contact form, HubSpot and Google reCAPTCHA may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device data, page URL or referring page, and identifiers. HubSpot also receives information you choose to submit through the form. These providers operate under their own privacy notices. The embedded forms do not load before Advertising consent.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal obligations. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the "last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated through an additional notice where required.
