Marianne began her career at Epic on the ASAP implementation team, where she became a team leader, led multiple ASAP implementations, and spent two months in Denmark overseeing integrated testing for a major international go-live.

She later joined Mount Sinai Health System in New York City as a consultant and EpicCare Inpatient Analyst, supporting clinical teams through significant operational changes, including throughout the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Marianne has also worked in project management and operation roles across three startups, gaining broad experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.

Known for her collaborative approach, Marianne values strong, lasting relationships and partners closely with clients to navigate complex Epic initiatives with clarity and trust. She brings a blend of Epic expertise, consulting insight, and operational versatility to her work with Incisive Consultants. Marianne lives in Austin, Texas with her family.
