Based in Charleston, South Carolina, Bri is an avid outdoors enthusiast who finds balance through hiking, yoga, reading, and travel. At home, she and her high school sweetheart share life with two dogs and two cats, all of whom add their own energy to her fully remote work environment. Having worked remotely for more than a decade, she values the intentionality it brings to her day, allowing for meaningful personal fulfillment coupled with heightened productivity and focus.

Bri began her career in healthcare supporting meta-analytic research before joining Epic, where she served in Implementation Services for organizations across the United States and abroad in Dubai. She later transitioned into consulting, building the hospital expansion and acquisition portfolio at the Medical University of South Carolina. Most recently, she oversaw portfolio management and IT at the College of Charleston, where she rebuilt the Portfolio Management Office from the ground up and implemented the governance and operating frameworks needed to drive enterprise-wide strategic alignment—experience she now brings back to healthcare in her current capacity.

Now with Incisive, Bri is dedicated to scaling operations, enhancing efficiencies, and elevating the consultant experience to better support clients nationwide. She leads with a people-first philosophy grounded in the belief that individuals thrive when they are supported, empowered, and held to meaningful accountability. Passionate about bringing structure to chaos, she aims to inspire her teammates to excel while helping drive transformative, enduring impact across the healthcare ecosystem.
