Based in Jacksonville Beach, Florida, Alex spends as much time outdoors as possible whether he's enjoying downtime at the beach, teeing off on the golf course, or fishing the intercoastal waterways. When he’s not outside, he’s working remotely alongside his two energetic pups: Maverick, a chocolate lab, and Frank, a long-haired dachshund. Both have been part of the home office team since 2020 and aren’t shy about voicing their opinions during meetings.

Professionally, Alex has spent nearly a decade in the Epic recruiting space, specializing in large-scale healthcare IT implementations. He began his career supporting major Epic credential training initiatives before transitioning into full-scale implementation recruiting, where he has built comprehensive project teams from the ground up. His experience spans the entire implementation structure from Implementation Directors to Application Managers, Project Managers, and Analysts across multiple enterprise deployments. Alex has partnered with prestigious healthcare organizations throughout the United States and internationally, delivering high-level Epic consultants for mission critical initiatives. Beyond individual placements, Alex has led, developed, and scaled recruiting teams to operate at an elite level, building performance driven cultures capable of supporting complex, fast moving Epic environments.
