After growing up in the Chicagoland area, studying in Boston and Washington D.C., and relocating to Madison to work at a little company called Epic, Sam has found her forever home in the great state of Minnesota. A lover of musicals, museums and movies, she makes a great addition to any pub trivia team and always has an entertainment recommendation at the ready. Her life revolves around her feline best friends, Cat and Zara.

At Epic, Sam spent 7 years designing and testing software to ensure it was as safe, innovative and user-friendly as possible. Her career began on the Inpatient team, where she led the redesign of the After Visit Summary (still one of her proudest achievements). She later jumped at the opportunity to manage the clinical side of the MyChart team and made it her mission to notably improve the patient experience with every new release.

During her non-compete period after Epic, Sam worked in recruiting and staffing for the USDA and a large performing arts center in Minneapolis. Once able, she became a consultant analyst for Ambulatory and MyChart, which brought her into Incisive’s orbit. The opportunity to become their Manager of Consultant Engagement felt like kismet – the perfect blend of her enthusiasm for Epic and passion for helping others in their career journeys. Her primary goal is to support and serve all of our consultants to the best of her abilities.
